Herobrine sighed as he looked away from the user-that-is-not-a-user, he was frustrated for one, two he was seated away from his enemy, and three they were trapped in a cave being that the entire thing was made of obsidian.. Well game knight was trapped he could just teleport straight away leave the stupid human to die here but for some sickening reason he couldn’t that would be the cowards way anyhow, he growled lowly startling the younger male who was busy attempted to dig his way out. “You’ll just end up breaking your pickaxe you idiot” he snapped the sound was started to irritate him “so what!” Was the only response he got before the sound of stone on stone started up again, ‘this is going to be harder then i thought’, Herobrine hissed and stomped over grabbing the pickaxe he threw it against the farthest wall were it shattered into pieces despite the protests of a certain user-that-is-not-a-user. “hey why did yo-” “shut your trap”he snarled ” I’m not in the mood to hear you complain like some common housewife!, besides I’m sure your little playmates are on their way to help you” “their not my playmates their my friends learn the difference !” Hero brine rolled his eyes and sat down, gameknight plopping down a little ways away from him, both staying like that staring at nothing but the wall in complete silence

Gameknight looked over to herobrine and sighed “why do you want to hurt the villagers so much I mean what have they ever done to you?” “Everything!” He snapped “I used to be someone who was loved by all!… why do you care anyway, you’ll just forget me like they all did…” he looked away, those stupid villagers if they had just bothered to care non of this would be happening and he wouldn’t have… no … it was better just to forget. He jumped and looked down to the hand on his shoulder and looked over at gameknight “maybe if you tell me it’ll make you feel better?” ” how about no and quit touching me ” herobrine hissed shrugging off the others hand “I’m only trying to make you feel better!” ‘Oh that does it…’ He thought “No! You don’t get the right to know, you think just because your ”nice and all hunky doory”with someone you get something back, well it doesn’t work that way! so don’t tell me about feeling better because I haven’t felt happy in over a hundred years and its all those stupid villagers fault! All because they thought it would be safer that way or that i was just some bad omen!, well jokes on them because once I’m finished with you I’m going to destroy them all for what they’ve done and nothing not even you and your stupid friendship is going to stand in my way!!” He snarled and drew out his sword and ran twoards the stunned non-user who was to busy thinking about what herobrine just said to even look up or get out of the way

He stopped mere inches away from gameknight sword raised in a striking position.. But he couldn’t… As much as wanted to he couldn’t hurt the foolish human no matter how much he thought he wanted to. Screaming in frustration he threw the sword to the ground and fell to his knees ‘ why… Why? Why?!’ Herobrine screamed into his hands his body seeming to glitch and blink out of control.
Gameknight looked down surprised by his behavior, he had read few but enough stories to know who or what herobrine was but those were rumors or legends, some said he was a virus.. Others told of a legendary king who ghost now resided in the body of some supernatural being who sought revenge for what happened to him.
the non-user felt guilty because of how quickly he had become to judge others by appearance and myth when he knew nothing of the real thing.
Gameknight knew what he did next was probably going to either get him killed or partly scarred for life but he wanted to try and comfort the older being, ‘here goes nothing’ he thought and in one swift movement he stooped down and hugged the mythical being, feeling the older stiffen up he held on tighter hoping the hug would bring a little comfort, gasping himself when he felt herobrine hug back just as tightly.
Herobrine didn’t know why he was hugging him but it actually felt nice to have even a little but of comfort, he huffed and wiped at the tears he felt pricking his blazing white eyes ‘no! I mustn’t show weakness!’ “Herobrine..?” Pulling back he looked down at the boy “what is it human?” “What happened to you?” The only response gameknight received was giggles, which turned into maniacal laughter the sounds of a madman “I used to be someone haha someone who had a family, loved ones who cared and friends who helped me like I helped them…” He let a sob escape “I used to be a king some one who was remembered and loved.. Heh but now I’m just an abomination that only knows destruction and hatred…” The tears flowed freely down his face no matter how much he tried wiping them away “so tell me something gameknight… How do you plan on fixing something that can’t even fix itself?…”
“I-I don’t..”
“That’s what I thought” he sighed and looked away he could already hear the humans friends threw the wall pickaxes moving quickly to set them free he growled and grabbed the-user-that-is-not-a-users arm bringing him in for a hug surprising the boy he quickly whacked him across the back of the head with a piece of stone knocking the non-user out cold. smiling he stepped back “next time we see each other gameknight you better be prepared for the fight of your life and this time there will be no mercy…” He picked up his sword and stepped into the shadows just before gameknights friends broke threw the obsidian walls and ran to his aid, ‘friendship…maybe … just maybe’ and with that he teleported away to only notch knows where.
