The Minecraft Diaries – Secrets under the Surface: Evil Little Kelly

(This story consists of a character named Evil_Little_Kelly from Train2000C, and it also has a strong connection with the previous story he has wrote. I want to give him a big credit for the first big part of this story! This takes place approximately two months after the third book from Mark Cheverton’s first series.)

(Message for Train2000C: Do you want to do a story collaboration?)

“It seems that you’re getting ready for a battle.” I said as I approached the tower. I pulled out my sword and then noticed it was my old black diamond sword.

“This,” I paused. “This is my old sword. I have lost it in the 1.8 update.”

“I see you have a decent sword,” said Saruman. “It will come in handy for the war.”

Herobrine…, the voice inside my head began, but I pushed it away. I have a more important job to do right now.

“Wait, if I’m your master, and the Maker of evil mobs, I am in charge here. We don’t go to the User-that-is-not-user, we wait for him to come here. But, at the same we must stop him from reaching the prophecy.”

“I have someone perfect for the job.”

Saruman gave out a shout and a user looking NPC came forth. Above, there were two name tags. The top one displaying the words Evil_Little_Kelly in red and the one underneath it displaying boss battle NPC. The NPC walked towards me.

“So this is the Maker,” she said in a deep tone. “Well how about commanding the troops. Wait, no, how about destroying the village. Oh, I have an idea…”

Before she could finish her sentence, I shot an arrow just in front of her.

“I am in charge here,” I said. “Don’t mock me. Saruman, send Evil_Little_Kelly to hunt down GameKnight. I want to have a word with him.”

I faced the tower and headed for the bridge that led to it.

“You heard the Maker, find the User-that-is-not-a-user.” Saruman told Evil_Little_Kelly.

=FrozenBoy20 – Bloody Kelly=

Our footsteps crunched in the autumn leaves as my bow and Steve’s sword gleamed in the moonlight. We were hunting for rabbits out in the Nural Forest hoping one of those hopping animals would drop a Rabbit’s Foot. It was said (Recently) that you could create a potion that can make you jump higher than you usually do, so we decided to find a Rabbit’s Foot out in the wild.

And Steve decided we would do it right now.

Translation: Nighttime.

One thought flashed in my mind at the time of the discussion, BAD IDEA. But no matter how much I and my friends try to convince him not to try it, Steve insisted we get it before they’re all gone.

Right now, our mission was in vain. We did find some rabbits crunching on carrots. I shot them, only to come up with rabbit meat from those white, fluffy animals.

“Steve, this isn’t going to work like this.” I told Steve, “We’re going to need a Looting III sword and bow if these Rabbit Foot’s are as rare as Wither Skulls.”

“Aww… Hell no, not if we still have time-“, Steve began, but I interrupted.

“… To get eaten up by Zombies and get shot by Skeletons and get blown up by Creepers…” I listed all the possibilities, “Seriously, what the hell were you thinking?”

“We’ll get the Rabbit-” Steve got interrupted, but not from me.

I heard the rustle of a footstep, the sound didn’t belong to us… we were standing still when we were having the conversation. We all jumped, I readied my ice crystal bow and Steve held up his sword as we prepared to fight what is lurking behind the trees.

More stirring reverberated, this time I heard it to my left.

And we saw a shadowy figure close to us hiding behind a tree, I notched an arrow aiming for the head of the unknown figure as Steve readied his diamond sword.

From what I can see, the black, shadowy figure was a Minecrafter. That’s all I know for sure. The air around me seemed to be holding its breath, as if waiting for something horrible to happen.

I saw the figure pull out something from his or her back, the unknown silhouette of a Minecrafter had both of his or her hands full. The item the figure seemed to hold seemed to be a crested stick with leather providing a hand hold, it looked like it had a string connected to each ends of the crested stick, and notched an arrow straight for my face.

Wait… an arrow?

We were almost too late to realize the figure held a bow in his or her hand, the silhouette released the arrow and it flew towards my face. The arrow missed my head by about the thickness of the sharp blade of a sword as I dodged the arrow just like how I practiced in the arena, I felt the wind of the dart on my face as I sidestepped away. It went past me, and nailed the tree behind me.

I looked at the arrow that stuck out of the tree, then back at the figure.

Suddenly, I saw the no longer shadowy figure spring towards me. Just before I can figure out how he or she looked like, the Minecrafter crashed into me making me fall to the grassy landscape on my back. She was about to gut me in the stomach as I was just lying on the ground.

Yeah, yeah you’re about to be gutted like a fish, my not exactly helpful voice said in my mind, how about we flip the table instead of having your heart ripped out, shall we?

Just about when she was about to strike, I briskly rolled to my side and kicked her in the chest with my right foot. She flew backwards, did an unintended somersault, and smashed her head into the birch wood tree. But I didn’t knocked her unconscious, which surprised me because the force I used to kick her in the chest was strong enough to knock out two men.

She stood up slowly as if she was dazed, and that was when I got a good look on her.

She was beautiful in an evil way, she wore a dress that was fiery red, and one side of the dress was longer than the other. She had her red hair braided around her right side of the neck, and had those eyes as red as blood. She was like the complete opposite of me: I was ice and she was fire.

“Who are you?” I asked the girl, “And why the hell are you attacking us?”

An evil grin went across her face.

Big red flag.

Yeah, big red flag, I thought, you know why we’re going to call her the Big Red Flag? She’s wearing one right now.

I bit my lips to keep myself from chuckling.

“My name is Evil_Little_Kelly, you may call me ‘Kelly’ if you wish.” She started as she took out her blazing sword.

And I do mean LITERALLY a blazing hot sword, her blade was engulfed in flames. I wonder how she keeps that in her inventory, thought.

“What is your purpose here?” Steve sneered at Kelly.

So damn formal, Steve, I thought.

“I am here to look for the User-that-is-not-a-User, Her-”

“Hey, kiddo.” I interrupted, “Everybody here is a user that is not a user on this server. You got to find a place where that name is UNIQUE.”

She slammed into me for the second time, I crashed to the ground missing the tree trunk behind me by the width of a sword.

“LIES.” She boomed as I stood back up, “I must find that User-that-is-not-a-User, and bring him to the Maker. I will use force if I have to.”

“Go ahead, Big Red Flag.” I challenged her as I opened my arms, “If you want to bring that User-that-is-not-a-User to that Maker of yours so badly, try us.”

The ‘Flag’ insult smacked her so hard that I had barely enough time to pull out my crystal ice blade and block her sword that was coming for my head. Sparks filled the air where our swords met, and a second later a loud, deafening boom tore into our ears. The explosion had blown us apart from each other, our body smashing into trees.

I was surprised at what just happened, how did THAT explosion happened? All we did was smash our swords…

Wait… she had a fire sword while I had the ice crystal blade, aren’t those two elements the complete opposite? That was probably what caused the explosion.

Steve began to rain arrows on her as I tried to recover from the explosion, at least this time Kelly is not trying to gut me this time, but I can easily tell even through my blurred vision that he isn’t doing very well.
I have to help.

Evil_Little_Kelly was now completely focused on slicing the arrows out of the air as she advance towards Steve, giving me a chance to attack her. But she was at least eight more blocks away from my friend, and I do NOT want to know what happens when that flaming sword of hers does to an ordinary Minecrafter. I don’t have much time left, I have to think fast.

And in that instant, an idea formed in my head. It was so stupid that I’m very sure that it’s going to work.

Seven blocks away…

I opened my hands and willed my powers within me to form my only hope, my ice crystal bow.

Six blocks…

In my other hand, my ice sword appeared.

Five…

If she ain’t going to be hurt by this, I don’t know what will. I placed the sword to the bow like I always did with my arrows. I pulled the string, bringing the sword with it.

Four…

I slowed my breathing and aimed for her back.

Three…

Two…

And released the sword.

=Steve – The Strangest Use for a Bow=
She was about to slice me into pieces until I saw FrozenBoy20 aim his bow towards the vicious girl.
What I saw totally was the strangest thing I have ever saw, Frosty had his sword notched just like he did with every arrow he shot. He released it and it cut through the air…

…and into the girl’s back.

“AHHH!!!” She screamed in pain, it was as if that scream was tearing into my very soul as it sounded terrible, I felt like she didn’t deserve a sword to the back. Nerveless, Frosty had just saved my life. Kelly lost her grip on her sword, it flew over my head and stuck to the oak tree behind me. Kelly crashed into me, and we both fell to the ground.

As soon as the blade drove into her back, it quickly disappeared. It was magic, if anybody else touched the sword when it doesn’t have contact with the Minecrafter who created the magic sword, it would shrivel into dust, in Frosty’s case, melt into water.

She rolled off of me and stood up carefully, blood dripped off her back and onto the grassy land like a broken faucet. Kelly held her back, I can tell Frosty has gone a little overboard with shooting that sword.

There was only silence in the air around us, except for the gasping from the battle we just had. Kelly’s smirk had been replaced with anger as she looked up to us.

“No matter what you will do,” Kelly gasped, “You will have no impact on the war that will rage across the world. The Maker WILL reach The Source and destroy all living beings in this world.”

There was a moment of silence.

“Give up now, and you will suffer less.” She said one last time before she ran off into the woods. We didn’t try to stop her.

“What was that?” I gasped.

“Nothing good.” Frosty simply replied as he stood up, “C’mon, let’s get back to Greencrest before we get attacked again.”

This time, I didn’t argue.

But then I stopped in my tracks as I realized something about The Source, Frosty kept on going back to Greencrest without seeing that I stopped.

The Source, Kelly had said that the Maker of hers will destroy The Source. The dark stranger in my nightmare two millennia’s ago, before my brother got taken hostage, had said the same thing she had said earlier. I don’t know how, but I felt that something huge is going to happen.

Something… dangerous is about to take place.

Then three words formed in my head.

An inevitable war.
