The Deceiver

Prologue
TimeStar82 opened Minecraft up, and logged in. He was 13 years old, and he loved to play Minecraft. He was one of the few who had always been addicted to the game. He always enjoyed going in a server and just having fun.
He spawned in a server, and immediately saw a waterfall that went from the top of a ravine, and a big stack of dirt with a torch on the top. Why is that there? TimeStar thought. He turned and looked at his surroundings.
“MOO.” TimeStar spun around and saw a cow next to him. Cool, some food. He started punching the cow, each hit made it flash red. Wish I had a sword. He thought. Punching an enemy always took too long, and it made it extremely tiring to hear it make it’s cries of despair. Eventually, pop! The cow died, dropping 2 leather and 3 raw beefs. Now to figure out my next move. He walked towards the waterfall, until suddenly, a user popped up in his face.
“WOAH!” He stopped dead in his tracks. The user stood, staring at him. It was the classical Steve skin, nothing was out of place, except the eyes. They were glowing in a pure white coloring.
Hello. A text said to TimeStar82.
Um, hi, I’m TimeStar82. He typed back.
Are you now? The response said back to him.
Yeah. He responded. Why are you talking to me, and not killing me?
Because I believe, you and me have something in common.
Can you at least tell me who you are? He asked the strange user.
Do you have a Gateway of Light? The user’s response asked. He turned his head and looked at the Digitizer.
Is it the Digitizer you are wondering about? He asked.
Yes, you can use that, then, me and you can come with the perfect plan.
Who are you? He asked, his palms sweating at the thought of the ‘plan’.
I, am Herobrine. He responded. And I want my revenge on the User-that-is-not-a-user.
OK, give me a few seconds to figure it out. I will be there in a few moments. He responded. He turned towards the Digitizer he owns. How do I work this thing? He thought to himself. He flipped a switch on it, expecting something to happen. But nothing did. Is it broken? He thought. He looked at the plug. It wasn’t in the outlet. Stupid me, it’s not plugged in. He grabbed the plug and put it in the outlet. The Digitizer turned on instantly, and charged a beam that sounded like thousands of bees in a small room. UH OH, I’LL MISS IT?! TimeStar jumped into the beam when it shot, and now, he couldn’t feel anything, it was all black.
When he opened his eyes, he saw the so-called user called Herobrine.
“Hello, TimeStar82.” Herobrine said. He sounds real?! He thought, startled. “And welcome, to Minecraft, where I shall, once and for all, get my revenge, on Gameknight999.”
A couple weeks before…
“I need to make something that will share my interests.” said Entity 303. He looked at his surroundings. In the distance, he saw a user, he could faintly see the user’s username and the thin strand of light that connected him to The Source. He then teleported to the user and drew his diamond sword and attacked the user. After 2 hits, the user flew to the ground. Gathering his crafting powers, his hands started to glow a sickly yellow. Then he plunged his hand into the user. He changed the code surrounded the user modifying it. The eyes of the user started to grow a bright white.
“Rise my creation.” Said Entity. The new user stood. “I shall name you Herobrine. I gave you my crafting and teleportation powers. I have filled you with my knowledge and hatred for the User, Gameknight999. You shall help me fulfil my quest to destroy him.” He used his sword and destroyed the stream of light, causing whoever was controlling the character, to disconnect. His creation did not leave.
“I shall obey my Maker.” Herobrine said, bowing low to his Maker. “What orders am I to have now?”
“For now, I want you to find help, and I mean a certain kind of help.” Entity instructed. “I need you to find a few users for me: TimeStar82, Pixel_Hacker, and MineralVillager. Each of them have a Gateway of Light, and each will be sufficient to the destruction of the User-that-is-not-a-user.”
“As you command.” Herobrine bowed low again.
“You can use the chat menu to communicate to them.” He commanded his creation. “Do not fail me, or else.”
“I shall not fail you Entity.” Herobrine said, and in the blink of an eye, he was gone.
“Soon, User-that-is-not-a-user, you shall be destroyed.” Entity 303 said out loud, to nobody. “You will be begging for mercy, but you will receive none.”
Chapter 1
Once the blue light around him faded away, Gameknight was back in Minecraft. Like most users, they had a blue string of light that extended from their heads. Only an NPC could see them. Not Gameknight though. He was the User-that-is-not-a-user, a defender of Minecraft, and he had no server thread because he had an invention called the Digitizer. It could beam anything onto whatever software you have running. Since Minecraft was running, he was now inside the game, not like any normal user however, he was actually inside the game, as if he were a NPC himself.
“Hello Gameknight.” A voice came from behind the User-that-is-not-a-user. Turning, he saw that it was his friend Hunter.
“Oh, Hunter, you kinda scared me.” He said to her.
“Scared you?” Hunter laughed. “Since when is the User-that-is-not-a-user afraid of anything?”
“Since Herobrine and the first time I came in Minecraft and against Erebus and Feyd and all the other monster kings.” Gameknight999 said.
“OK, so we had some hard times, that is nothing to be scared of.” She said, patting the User-that-is-not-a-user on the back. “Oh, Stitcher gave me these to give to you.” She dropped all of Gameknight’s armor and weapons he had before the he had left.
“Oh, thanks.” He said, picking up his stuff. He put on his glowing diamond armor, each enchanted to protect him deeply. Now he felt safer. He had weapons, and armor.
“Hey, you want to get to the village before night comes and monsters come out?” Hunter asked, making Gameknight look for the sun. It was about to set, meaning nighttime was just a little moment away. “Don’t worry, we can get there on time. After all, we do have horses.”
“Sweet, let’s get going.” The User-that-is-not-a-user followed Hunter to where the horses were tied to their fence pole. Hunter untied them both, and they began to ride out to Crafter’s village. He was a young boy, only because when Erebus was destroyed, just before Crafter disappeared, he had fallen into enough XP to travel to the next server, along with Gameknight following him when he gathered his. They rode in silence, and when they reached the village, Gameknight was glad to see it all the way it was, with his Gameknight Castle still up.
“OPEN THE GATES, IT’S THE USER-THAT-IS-NOT-A-USER!” A voice bellowed from the other side. The iron doors opened up and Gameknight tied his horse to a fence pole on the outside.
“Thanks, here, have this.” He gave the horse an apple he had collected on their way to the village, then walked into the village. He found himself immediately surrounded by NPCs, who were all welcoming him and giving him pats on the back or shoulder.
“Well, it seems the User-that-is-not-a-user has returned.” A voice said from behind him.
“Crafter?” He turned, seeing the small NPC behind him.
“Hello Gameknight.” Crafter said. “We have a few things to tell you, but I am afraid they are… private.” He told him, gesturing all around them. Gameknight looked around, there were lots of villagers still around him, but something caught his eye. A server thread? He thought, looking at the long beam of light that stretched to the sky.
“Yes, now come on, we have much to discuss, in private.” Crafter said, getting Gameknight’s attention. He followed his friend to the Crafting Chamber, and they both locked themselves in a cobblestone room, lit by a single torch.
“OK, so, three things going on.” Crafter said, once they were sure they were sealed enough for anyone to hear them. “You ready to hear?”
“Hey, I’m the User-that-is-not-a-user, I am always ready.” He said, sounding more confident than he was.
“OK, first issue, is the monsters, they seem to be stronger, and our normal defenses don’t work as effectively anymore.” Crafter said.
“OK, I can readjust them, and maybe modify a few of them, Minecraft has been updated since we last had to fight a big battle, so we can fix up our defenses easily.” The User-that-is-not-a-user explained.
“Next thing is, the users that are coming on the server. They get close to villages and we end up having to hide everything.” Crafter explained, and Gameknight999 needed to think a minute.
“I can solve that with a few command blocks.” The User-that-is-not-a-user said finally.
“And the last issue is… Well, it’s complicated.” Crafter said. Gameknight noticed he was scared.
“Hey, just tell me.” Gameknight said.
“OK, all of us villagers believe that maybe He…” He stopped at the sound of the wall being broken down. Stitcher came out of the wall once it was broken down.
“GAMEKNIGHT, COME QUICK, THERE IS ANOTHER ONE OF YOU!” She said, grabbing Gameknight’s hand and pulling him out.
“OK, OK, calm down, I’m coming.” He said, and followed Stitcher out of the Crafting Chamber. When he got out, a user stood in the center of a small group of villagers. What surprised Gameknight was that they still held everything in their hands. He studied the user, his skin had a man wearing a red and black cloak, a hood over his head to hide his face. He wore gloves to hide his skin, and boots to hide his feet. He almost looked like a character from Skyrim.
His username said TimeStar82 and when Gameknight looked higher, Gameknight realized why Stitcher said ‘another you’. He had no server thread.
Chapter 2
“Hello Gameknight.” TimeStar said, reading his username.
“Hello.” The diamond clad user responded.
“I have heard so much about you.” He told him. “And to be honest, I am a huge fan, of the famous User-that-is-not-a-user.”
“Um… OK, thanks I guess.” The User-that-is-not-a-user responded, nervously.
“So, is there a place we can talk privately, I have information that you may find useful, but uh, I’m kind of claustrophobic.” TimeStar said, trying to sound as nervous as possible. I hope he believes that. He thought. Herobrine’s plan was to use the mods TimeStar82 had running so that he can surprise Gameknight with new things. He had 2 mods running at the second. One was the Applejack mod, which allowed him to have a chance of getting the modded items from super strong mods, like the Wither, the Ender Dragon, or his modded mobs, like his Godzilla mod. He also had a Tornado Mod running, which allowed him to have a Tornado Gun and Tornado Tool. He also had a Tornado Siren in his inventory. If a tornado touches down, that siren would let you know if you were even 500 blocks away from it. It was such a trustworthy block.
He currently had a Tornado Gun, Applejack Armor and an Applejack Sword, and to finish his inventory, a Godzilla Spawn Egg. Entity 303 also gave him 17 command blocks in case they were needed. Herobrine’s plan was to have a command block remove diamond armor and weapons from anyones inventory. The dispenser would then spawn the Godzilla mob nearby the village and have it breathe it’s devastating flames and completely wipe out the village. With Applejack Armor and Sword, he could get rid of the Godzilla Mob in just a quick moment. The Applejack Armor would increase his HP up so he could survive a lot of the attacks and his Applejack sword is stronger than a diamond sword and lasts just as long. He already had the dispenser ready with the Godzilla Mob Egg. He had just a few moments before the egg would be set off by a redstone timer.
He pulled out the clock in his inventory. The sun covered the entire timer. He didn’t have much longer before the timer was set off. He needed the command block ready to go by the time the Godzilla Mob was released. The thing TimeStar was worried about was how Gameknight would react if he suddenly pulled out strange weapons and armor.
“So, Gameknight, can you show the Crafting Chamber in this village?” He asked Gameknight. Say yes or I might just kill you myself right now instead of letting Herobrine and Entity do it. He said in his head.
“Of course, after all, you are another User-that-is-not-a-user.” Gameknight said, signaling for him to follow. The plan is working almost as planned. He thought maliciously. He was lead down a long ladder, and then down a flight of stairs, Once they reached the crafting chamber, he broke out of line immediately.
“Wow, I LOVE this Crafting Chamber.” He fake admired. Ugh, these words will be stuck on my mouth forever. He only needed to do this until the User-that-is-not-a-user was destroyed.
