   This story is fantastic. The author creates a clear goal for the protagonist, but then ratchets up the tension with an initial failure. The character arc takes the protagonist on a journey of self-realization and growth that you can feel as you read. There are great references to the senses, how the main character feels while building the cathedral, which really draws the reader in, but I think the best thing about the story is the reveal of the cathedral and the mysterious character. As you read, you want to see the cathedral and you wonder who the mysterious stranger is. It become tantalizing, and I wanted to skip ahead to see them both, but I refrained from jumping ahead and just read. When you finally get to see the cathedral, it is a great, satisfying resolution, and the reveal of the mysterious character at the end is awesome. Great job on writing this graphic novel!!!!!
