We all hate griefers, and we know what they do. They destroy your builds, just for their own selfish pleasure. Don’t be that person. Please don’t. It absolutely destroys someone’s confidence and pride, and adding a false ban hammer or kick can put the nail in the coffin. If you see anyone griefing, please stop it, or try to. I will admit, I am speaking from experience… and that is why I send this warning to you. Kindness and compassion is always the way. And if you are a griefer… Please. Try to change your ways. well said. being mean for ones own joy is never ok. We should be happy with each other and make friends, not fight or ruining other peopl’e things. that goes for real life as well as MInecraft
By the way, I was never a griefer. When I said that, I meant that I was griefed. It really is an awful thing.
me to i was griefed it realy is bad. someone had thare place destrode by lava and i fixed it but then he became a griefer soooo……
I have griefed in the past, because it was fun. It was fun to see a person’s hard work and effort crumble, and they never find out who it is. I would evade blame by claiming someone else did it, and they would be kicked rather than me. I watched people fight with each other and try to rebuild, even though their efforts were futile. I changed one day. I joined a server and I helped them build, I helped them achieve their goals rather than fulfilling my own sadistic and selfish entertainment. It felt a lot more satisfying to get praise and share my knowledge of the game with friends, and building empires rather than destroying them. If only the rest of the internet could do the same. Unfortunately for the human race, it is impossible to ask for peace. As long as humans exist, there will always be war. It is a simple fact.
does it count if I’m playing bedwars and I’m blowing up someones bed?
No. Minigames like bedwars or skywars don’t count.
I haven’t truly been griefed, but once my sister’s and my house was destroyed when we were playing Factions. It normally wouldn’t count as griefing, but it was completely unprovoked, so I was annoyed.
Factions has griefing and raiding bases allowed, except if you’re on some sort of peaceful factions.
