Chapter 1: HoloBiome Ready!
He jumped on the leafy canopy of the tree, searching for his team. He turned to a rustling sound behind him. Nothing. He typed in the chat Where da heck r u? Waiting a few seconds, Joey opened his inventory and pulled out a bow. He pulled back on the string and released. A flaming arrow shot into the sky, at amazing speed. It fell to the ground, and its enchanted flame died. A ding made him look at the chat. To your left. Joey turned his head, and faced the north. In the distance he saw a wooden shack, with torches placed all around it. He sprinted toward it, dodging tree trunks, and jumping bushes. After a minute, he came into a clearing, where the wooden house stood. A voice came through his mic.
“Joey, Anthony went to get some coal and iron” said Joey’s friend Alex
“But I’ve been making this little hut ok to live in” Joey turned on his mic, and said
“Ok so what I think we need is a sugarcane farm, so we can make paper for books” A call from downstairs distracted him. “Joey, come down here to my lab” called Joey’s Uncle Thomas “I need to show you something!”
“Coming!” he called back. “Ok guys meet me downstairs now” He told his friends. He logged off, and shut down his laptop. He skidded out of his room, almost fell down the stairs, and flew down into his uncle’s lab.
“Well, you sure took your sweet time” said his Uncle, with his back turned to Joey.
“Oh do you always have to be grumpy?” Joey said “I was playing Minecraft with Alex and Anthony”
“You know,” said his Uncle lamely, “You kids are always playing that silly game, and I think you should spend more time, outside or playing football or something like- Whoah!” His sentence was interrupted by Alex and Anthony bursting through the door.
“Sorry, we just finished dealing with some lag or whatever” Anthony said sheepishly.
“Yep” said Alex “But now we’re all here, so what’s the deal?”
“Well I just finished my new invention, the HoloBiome” he said, fiddling with some buttons and knobs. “Thought you might like to see what it does”
“Sure” Joey said with a nod.
“Ok.” Said his Uncle “Well, to begin with, this is called the HoloBiome”
“Ok but what IS a HoloBiome?” Joey interrupted.
“I’m getting to that” said his Uncle. “So what this here thing does, is it will take any model on my computer here, and form that replica inside this room. You will be able to see it touch it feel it, smell it, and even taste it”
“Wow, that’s pretty cool” said Joey. I’m glad he only told us in a normal way, and not his nerd way, Joey thought. “I think you did great” Joey said. “Can you show us?”
His Uncle nodded “Sure, but don’t touch anything, and don’t go in until I tell you to. Understand?”
“Ok” said the three of them in union. They all walked alongside Joey’s Uncle. His Uncle pressed a key on his computer. “What is that sound?” said Joey, in response to a loud beeping sound. “That’s it loading up and powering on” said his Uncle. “Ok it’s ready now. Back up”
They all took a few steps back. “Ok walk through the door” They walked through the door.
“Ok now press that red button” he said pointing to a small red button. Joey moved his hand to the button and pushed down on it. A few moments after he pressed it, a white light appeared in the middle of the room. Then it was green. Then brown. Then green and brown. Then a line of green and brown. It materialized into what looked like a brown cylinder. Then, finally it morphed into a fully grown oak tree.
“Wow” Joey said in awe. “That’s SO cool!”
“I’m glad you like it, Joey” his Uncle said. “Now it’s time for you to go up to dinner”
And they all went up to eat. None of them noticed the tree flicker and shine bright, bright, white.

Chapter 2: Sneaky Sleepover

Upstairs, at the dinner table, Joey, Alex, and Anthony, sat beside Joey’s little sister, his Mom, and his Uncle. His dad was out at a party.
“Mom I have a question” Joey said.
“What Joey?” his Mom asked. She turned to look at him.
“Can Alex, and Anthony spend the night?” he asked his Mom. “Sure, Joey, just make sure you get some sleep.”
Later, during the evening, Joey, Alex, and Anthony were upstairs in Joey’s bedroom, playing Minecraft. Everyone else was asleep. “Joey, I’m kind of bored” said Alex. “Me to” Anthony added.
“Ok, what if we play some more PvP?” said Joey.
“Nah, let’s go on the new update” Anthony said. “I heard that it added two hands.”
“WHAT?” roared Alex and Joey in union.
“Yep, I know right? I was surprised to.” Anthony said. “I also know for a fact that you can fight the ender dragon TWICE.”
“WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR? LET’S DO THIS!” Joey said. After about ten minutes, the update finished installing. They tested features, and had a blast. After about an hour, they had tested all the features that they could find. “Great, now I’m bored again.” said Anthony.
“It would be so cool if we could be inside Minecraft.” Said Alex.
“Maybe we can!” Joey said. “What if we hooked up Minecraft to my Uncle’s HoloBiome?”
“Are you sure that’s a good idea?” said Anthony. “I mean, won’t your Uncle be really mad, that we used his stuff without asking him?”
“Nah it’s fine, I mean all we would do is just go into it, load up Minecraft, then go in, have our fun, then shut it off, and act like nothing happened.”
Alex and Anthony looked at each other and silently said, We can’t talk him out of this. “Ok then, but I don’t know how we would do it, I mean your Uncle probably has it locked.” said Alex.
“Just come with me, and be quiet, or I’ll string you up by your thumbs.” Joey said with a mischievous grin on his face.
Chapter 3: Into the HoloBiome

The clock ticked loudly as they walked down the stairs to his Uncle’s lab. Every time they heard a noise, they jumped, and whipped themselves around, to see nothing, but an empty room or hallway.
At last, they reached the door to his Uncle’s lab.
“Ok, here we go.” Joey said, as he opened the door and stepped inside. He crept down the stairs, closely accompanied by Alex and Anthony. As he entered, he spotted a little piece of paper on the door to the HoloBiome.
“Hey guys, look at this!” Joey said. He read the note aloud as Anthony and Alex walked up to him. It was written in the signature small slanted text that he quickly knew to be his Uncle’s.
Joey, im guessing that you are sneaking downstairs to use the HoloBiome, but I want to ask you not to, as it is very unstable and it could be dangerous. I hope you are ready to change your mind. –Uncle Thomas
“Well that’s that, I guess Joey.” said Alex, “If we get caught, than- Oh let’s just not think about it.”
“Oh no-no-no, we ARE doing this.” Joey said.
