Gym of Nightmares

The new coach seemed peculiar and it wasn’t just the third eye. You probably don’t know what I’m talking about. It all started on June 15, 2017.

My name is Jack. I was a normal kid with a normal life, until I found a locked up door. I had a skeleton key and a stupid mind. I STUPIDLY unlocked the door and now I’m here.

Ok, let’s get on with the story. I was crying like usual, then I met someone named Lucifer, the son of Hades.

“Hey why are you crying little dude?” he questioned.

“I wanna go home,” I weeped.

“There’s a way out. It’s somewhat simple. Don’t sweat little dude. Lucifer will help.”

I am still confused why he calls me “little dude”.

8 minutes later

So I go into the wrong dorm at my high school. I am greeted with a grey hanging body. It falls down and starts talking.

“Ello mate why you be squawking in”

I don’t know why he has an Australian accent. Now the bell rings, and we’re back to what I was saying about the coach. He looks so strange.

HE’S MADE OF WOOD!

And also a third eye and I think the eye is watching me.

Somewhere mysterious… “stupid kids,” laughed a figure.

Back to the high school…

Gym was the worst. We played dodge ball against the 7 deadly sins. Greed, lust, jealousy, joy, anger, and sloth. Sloth didn’t do anything he just cheered. “We beat you pretty hard mate,” boasted Greed.

“whoo hoo yeah,” slugged Sloth.

“YOU DIDN’T DO ANYTHING SLOTH,” shouted Anger.

“Detention ALL OF YOU,” shouted the mysterious coach.

Detention…

Now I am in detention for doing nothing. But it’s like the underworld but more underworldly. It’s a dungeon of death and destruction “I don’t think we should go in here. I am fine with not being able to go home.”

That didn’t stop them. They saw the tears in my eyes. “The only reason we’re doing this is because we care about you little dude” told Lucifer.

They really care about me.

“Come on guys lets do this”

“for you little dude… I mean jack” he called me my real name!

We walked into the dungeon. We see the coach and charge at him. One hit and he was defeated… until the principal comes

“hello”

“mate you did something cruel and unusual we beat your puppet we did” said

greed charging at him

“did you?” whispered the principal.

He beat Greed in one hit and he turned into gold

“Greed!” I shouted

“c’mon little dude let’s go while the sins hold him off”.

“That won’t be necessary mate” said ULTRA GREED.

He was huge but then the principal turned huge. Greed threw him in a

bottomless pit.

“We did it” I cheered, but then he came back bigger than Ultra Greed.

“RUN” shouted lucifer.

We went through a hallway and he hit his head and turned into a shadow and dropped his keys. We went through a door and went to the real world “ahh freaks” shouted a little girl. Soon everyone started shouting it. Then I stood up.

“Sure we’re made of gold or always jealous or lazy. So what if we have horns on our head. So what if we came from the fiery depths of the underworld. I…No we still have a heart and nothing can change that. My friends are like family and Greed, Sloth, Jealousy and all you are family and nothing can change that are we family guys.”

I shouted “yeah.”

We all shouted together until…

“it was nice knowing you Jack but we have to go back home to the underworld.”

“Yeah mate we gotta go back.”

“B-but you just got here you can’t leave.”

“Sorry but we have to see our parents.”

They left and I just started crying until…

“Hey little dude I talked to my dad I’M staying in the overworld.”

I hugged Lucifer and showed him around town.

Aftermath

Lucifer and I were as close as brothers but until Hades died and we were 22. We realised that time doesn’t stop even for friendship. Lucifer married Greeds sister Lust and they named their kid Cupid. I never saw Greed until he became president. Every time I heard about my friends they all said “I couldn’t have gotten here without Jack”.

This made me cry tears of joy. I was the one who got them here. We all lived a happy life. We all meet at family reunions because were family and friends and we all love each other and nothing can change that.

Anger : Anger became a boxing champion and won all belts except tag team because he beat up his team mate.

Greed: Greed as president he is now a very VERY rich Australian man.

Lust: Lust married Lucifer and gave birth to Cupid.

Sloth: sloth lives with the sloths… forever,

Jealousy: now everyone’s jealous of Jealousy because he has EVERYTHING and he states and I quote “I still don’t have enough stuff”!

I hope you learned something: if you see someone come out of the underworld don’t call them a freak that’s rude.
