Prologue.
Burning pain shot through Ember as she struggled to get the snake off, but with no avail. She could feel the venom shoot up her arm as she finally shook it off and looked at her arm. It looked like her arm was covered in scales! She looked at the snake and saw that it was dead and was weirdly glowing which was very strange.
Ember then reached over and called the ambulance.
