LOST IN THE CABIN
Chapter 1
This is a story about a girl named Zoey. “Ughhhh mmmm Are we here Aunt Louisa?”I moaned “Almost honey. “Aunt louisa said. My back was stuck to my T-shirt because it was deadly hot. Right now I am going to my Aunt’s house for the summer which is located on benton avenue. I usually live in Brooklyn with my mom and Suki also known as my cat. “were here!were here!”my aunt said in excitement. “Oh finally I can get out of this dreadful place!”I shouted. I started to walk inside to see this amazing place.
Chapter 2
After I walked inside I stared in amazement. This place was amazing. “How do you like it. Dont you like it?”aunt said “It’s wonderful Infact almost like heaven!”I said. After that Aunt louisa let me in a beautiful room and said,”This is your room now Zoey. ” “Thanks. ” I said. “I’m going to go make dinner,unpack all of your stuff and be quick. “Aunt louisa said and went to the bathroom. I started to unpack my stuff but then I stopped because I smelled lots of smoke. I went to the kitchen and could not believe my eyes so I quickly grabbed some water and sprayed it on the fire and then I turned off the stove. The beautiful room was now a room filled with smoke and ruins.
Chapter 3
“OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happened!ZOEY!!!Did you do this?whats the mess!!”Aunt louisa screamed in terror. “I don’t know!”I started to cry. “I just came downstairs and saw the fire so I sprayed some water and now look at the mess I turned off the stove-“I breaked in so much crying. “Oh honey its alright its not your fault it’s mine I should have tuned off the stove. Come here sweetheart. “I breaked into her arms and cried as loud as I could. After I stopped crying I went back upstairs and continued to unpack my stuff. After a while Aunt luisa shouted “Zoey, dinner’s ready!Come on !”I went downstairs to eat dinner.
Chapter 4
The room still looked really bad but at least the smoke was gone. “I made macaroni and cheese for dinner. “Aunt luisa said. “thanks. “I replied. “The workers are coming tomorrow so I’d like for you to be on your best behavior. “Aunt luisa said. “fine. Anyway can we talk about someone who lives next to us?”I asked Aunt luisa. “Well I know she is a bit weird but she is an old lady sweetie and she has a weird house so do not go near her, she is so dangerous. I have once crossed her yard and she caught me red handed. She yelled at me over and over and over, so do not go near her house and she has pets which might hurt you and her name is Ms. Exhill. “Aunt luisa spoke so seriously that I could imagine this wicked weird woman. I couldn’t wait to go into her yard and see her animals.
Chapter 5
After we ate dinner I went outside and sat on the porch swing with the book Red pony and started to read the book calmly. After a while I saw a a girl. She was so pretty. Her red curls were in a ponytail. She wore a pretty pink fluffy skirt. She wore a half pretty pink half shirt allowing it to her show half of her belly. Her eyes were the color blue. Her face was completely perfect. She was wearing some eye liner and blush. Then she came to me and said,”Hi my name is lily. Whats yours?”Lily asked. Her voice was so soft. “Oh hello. My name is Zoey. “I said smiling. “Would you like to be my friend?” Lily asked. “Of course. ” After that we talked late and then she had to go home. She lived right across from me. I can’t wait to see her tomorrow .
Chapter 6
When I brushed my teeth I went to sleep right away. In the middle of the night I heard weird annoying sounds coming from Ms. Exhill’s house so I opened my window and poked my head outside but saw nothing. Then I closed my window and saw that it was 3, the witching hour. Then I went to the kitchen to get some water when I suddenly heard some whispers. So I looked at my front door and saw the most ugliest cat I had ever seen. The cat stared at me and then it turned into a whisp of smoke. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”I screamed and then Aunt luisa came rushing down the stairs. “ZOEY!!!!!!!! Are you alright?What was that scream for?”she said. At that moment I fainted. After a while I came back to life and then I cried so loud. “OH my Zoey what happened?”Aunt luisa said. “So I needed water and I came downstairs-“I took a deep breath and then looked were I saw that ugly stupid cat and continued to talk. “And then I saw this ugly horrifying cat and then it whispered something, it was like a curse and then it vanished into thick smoke. It was outside the door. “I said. “oh sweetie it’s probably your imagination. Come on lets go to sleep. “Aunt luisa said. I followed her into my room. She tucked me into bed and I fell into a deep sleep.
Chapter 7
The next day I ate breakfast then I went outside and sat on the porch swing and waited for lily. When she arrived I told her about the cat and Ms. Exhill. “I want to spy on her. “I told lily. “Are you crazy!?!?! She is a witch!! I would die if I went near her!”lily shouted. “But I will spy on her. “I said bravely. “Fine but I ain’t going with you. “Lily said. “Alrighty bye do not tell my aunt that I am going. “I said. Then I stood up and sneaked into her yard.
Chapter 8
When I got into Ms. Exhill’s yard I saw the old horrific ugly witch and I hid into a bush and saw Ms. Exhill with the same ugly cat and some other ugly cats. When I moved closer I fell hard on a stone,At that moment Ms. Exhill saw me and said “YOU LITTLE BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOW DARE YOU SPY ON ME!!!!!?!?!?!!? I SHALL PUNISH YOU AND PUT YOU IN MY OLD CABIN!!!!!!!!YOU SHALL STAY THERE FOREVER AND SHALL LISTEN TO MY EVERY COMMANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!YOU SHALL DIE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!”She screamed. “Oh please don’t do that!”I cried. Then before I knew what was happening five of her cats came to me and dragged me to her back yard and into the woods.
Chapter 9
Her cats dragged me into an old cabin and they shut the door outside and locked it so I couldn’t get out. “LET ME OUT!LET ME OUT!”I screamed in terror. What was I going to do know?Lily was right,She is so dangerous. I had no idea what I was going to do now.
Chapter 10
I stayed inside the cabin and wondered if the police was already in search for me. Like *ZOEY IS MISSING*or if there was a search party for me. In the evening Ms. Exhill unlocked the door and came in with tons or billions of cats. Then she handed me some rocks and a piece of cheese and said “You brat, eat this cheese and rock. “Ms. Exhill said looking annoyed.
“You do not make a sound. All of the police are looking for you and they are even doing a search party. I don’t even understand why they have to do all of this stuff. “After she said that she told me I don’t have to eat if I don’t want to eat. As soon as she left I gobbled up the cheese. Then I started to search what was inside this Old Cabin.
Chapter 11
I found some rusty shelves covered with cobwebs. Then I went to the entrance of the cabin and tried breaking out the door but everything I tried didn’t work. Then I remembered she was a witch she probably put a spell on the door so I couldn’t get out.
Chapter 12
After an hour or two I fell asleep. When I woke up I saw a clock in front of me. It said 3 – o – clock and then I heard Lily’s voice. “ZOEY? Are you in there?” I sighed in relief. “LILY OH IS IT REALLY YOU!!!!!!!!HELP ME I AM TRAPPED IN HERE!!MS. EXHILL IS ACTUALLY A WITCH!!!!SHE TRAPPED ME IN THIS OLD WICKED CABIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!”I breaked in so much crying and then I heard lily cry too. Then lily said “Ms. Exhill is actually my aunt and I know all about her so let me tell you how to get out of there. ” Lily said. I can’t wait to get out of here I said in my mind.
Chapter 13
“So do you see a dusty shelf?” Lily said. “yes I see it. “I said nervously. “Good now search the shelves untill you see a key with a skull on it. “lily said. I did as I was told and searched and then I finally saw the skull key. I took it in my hands and held it really tightly then I said “I found it,what now?” “Now Do you see a lock inside the door?”lily said. “yep. “I said. “So you take the key and put it in the lock and you run home as fast as you can. “lily said. I did as I was told and ran outside with lily. When I was running I fell and so did lily. “WELL, WELL,WELL. it looks like you escaped with my niece. “Ms. Exhill caught us red handed.
Chapter 14
“HOW DARE YOU ESCAPE!!! LILY I HOPE YOU DIDN’T HELP HER ESCAPE!!!! DON’T YOU KNOW HOW STUPID SHE IS?!?!?!?!??”,Ms Exhill shouted. We ran as fast as we could but the old witch followed us then she said a harsh language which hurts my bones and then I felt like I was shrinking then I looked at lily and screamed because that beautiful kid was now a cat!lily looked at me and screamed as well. I ran to Aunt Luisa’s garden and scratched at the door because I was a cat but at least I could speak human. “aunt luisa!Help me!”Aunt luisa came at the door and said “Why hello you two!” “Its me ZOEY!!!!!!!!”I screamed. “Oh my goodness is it really you zoey?I thought you were lost and now here you are turned into a cat with lily!”Aunt luisa said nervously. “Ms Exhill did this!”I screamed. “Oh no I told you not to go in her property, anyway lets go to her. “So we had to.
Chapter 15
We followed my aunt to the witches house and rang the bell. “What is it you-oh my gosh how dare you bring those bug brains,those cats!”Ms. Exhill shouted. “I want you to change them back into girls. “Aunt luisa said. “Fine I will. “At that moment she chanted the language and me and lily turned back into girls and at that moment Ms. Exhill vanished and was never to be seen again.
